Job Description
As a D365 Functional Consultant / System Analyst, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping and evolving Perry Homes’ Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution—working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to design scalable, high-impact solutions that support growth and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with product owners within the IT PMO, technical teams and business stakeholders to turn business needs into well-designed system capabilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant or Systems Analyst.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, with the ability to confidently discuss design options, trade-offs, and impacts with technical teams.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications that technical and QA teams can execute against.
- Comfortable leading meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience documenting requirements and processes using tools like Azure DevOps (or similar), including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, wireframes, and mockups.
