As a hands-on role, you'll own systems, data, and workflows that power our go-to-market motion, working with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Tier customers in HubSpot based on fit for sales coverage and ensure account data is accurate and complete in a repeatable system
- Keep CRM company and contact data clean, optimized, and enriched using tools like Clay and ZoomInfo and more
- Own all workflow management, data, and reporting in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Lead the sales operations function and partner with sales leadership to build and maintain territory and compensation plans
- Own and manage the GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and product (HubSpot, Aircall, etc)
- Oversee integrations and workflows to make revenue and pipeline flow more efficiently
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track key revenue metrics
- Support sales and marketing leaders with data and insights to improve forecasting, conversion, and coverage
- Review commission reports
- Own company-wide VoIP system (Aircall) and sales-specific dialer tools
- Own and optimize support tools and integrations to drive internal process and system efficiencies (Zendesk, Grafana, Zoho)
- Own and optimize contract signature tools and integrations (Docusign + HubSpot)
- Migrate to new NPS tool and own it on an ongoing basis
- Help the finance team manage expense tooling
- Participate in implementation of ERP and eventually drive process improvements on an ongoing basis
