Director, M&A

We are looking for a Director of M&A to lead the acquisition sourcing team, propose investments to the Investment Committee, and lead the M&A execution team from LOI to deal close.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of progressive work experience at a top tier accounting, capital advisory, restructuring, investment banking and/or private equity firm.
• 3-5 years of mid-market deal experience executing transactions
• 3-5 years of managing high-performance teams
• CPA, CA, CFA, and/or MBA designations are considered assets.
• Excellent attention to detail, objective and strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) with an emphasis on relationships and succinct report writing.
• Advanced Excel and exceptional Financial Modelling skills.
