
Job description
Build strong strategic business relationships to source M&A opportunities for Gemini. Relationships will be formed with decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals. Success is defined by building and maintaining meaningful relationships, having clients sign LOI’s, and ultimately, the acquisition of software companies/assets by Gemini/Constellation.
Develop and manage an M&A pipeline, meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, work autonomously and with M&A leadership to qualify M&A opportunities, and have a meaningful impact on Gemini Group.
Relevant experience in Business Development/Sales, a clear interest in developing long-term relationships, and previous high-performance in Business Development or other walks of life outside professional BD experience.
