Perseus Group is scaling their Business Development function. The role is to make contact, introduce Constellation Software, and build strong relationships with founders/CEOs of software companies around the world. Success is defined as making and maintaining connections, having clients sign LOI’s and ultimately, the acquisition of the software companies that Business Development Managers have relationships with.
Develop and manage pipeline and market maps to build strong relationships in assigned vertical(s), meet and exceed monthly M&A targets, qualify M&A opportunities with efficiency, and have a meaningful impact on Perseus Group.
Relevant experience in Business Development, advanced verbal and written communication skills, organized, detail oriented, and able to work variable hours. Extraordinary work ethic, proactive with a sense of urgency.
