The role involves leading onboarding for law firms, building relationships with stakeholders, configuring law firm setups, and providing technical support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment such as consulting, professional services, operations, customer success, project coordination, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms
- Experience working with external stakeholders or clients, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
