Legal Advisory Manager

The Legal Advisory Manager will lead high-impact advisory engagements and elevate the maturity of outside counsel management programs across our client base. The role goes beyond individual client delivery and requires deep, end-to-end experience in outside counsel management, spanning matter intake, matter management, legal project management (LPM), alternative fee arrangements, e-billing, and invoice review through payment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Significant client-facing consulting or in-house legal operations leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing stakeholders at senior executive levels.
• Deep, practical experience in outside counsel management across the full lifecycle.
• Advanced data literacy with the ability to independently manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
• Experience translating financial and operational data into executive-level recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• JD or equivalent legal qualification preferred but not required.
