We're looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support specialist, you will provide technical support for defined product groups, including analysis of complex disruptions and collaboration with development and product owner.
Requirements
- Completed at least 3-year technical vocational training, e.g. mechatronician (m/w/d) or electronics technician for operation technology (m/w/d)
- At least 2-year vocational training, e.g. state-certified technician (m/w/d) in mechanical engineering, and a relevant further education
- More than 3 years of work experience in technical support, customer care, or dealing with complex technical systems
- Well-developed analytical skills, structured working methods, and high communication competence
- Very good English skills are required, French skills are an advantage
