PharmaEssentia is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical innovator seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison to cultivate and manage relationships with key HCP partners and influential individuals within Hematology/Oncology. The successful candidate will identify, research, and recruit potential KOLs, build strong relationships, and lead insight gathering to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent required in Marketing, Science, Business Administration or other similar degree; an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience is required
- Strong scientific acumen and business acumen, with the ability to use knowledge of the industry and marketplace to identify long-term benefits for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with KOLs
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends
- Creative thinking to develop engaging P2P collaboration concepts
- Knowledge of industry trends and target audience demographics
- Team player with the ability to work independently
