Job Description
Petaluma Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their award-winning team. This role involves providing high-quality primary medical care, managing patient assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals in a compassionate environment. Requirements
- Completion of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Three to five years of experience providing primary care in a family practice setting
- Experience working in a NCQA Patient –Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognized organization
- Master’s Degree in Public Health, or related field (highly preferred)
- Current CA RN License in good standing
- Current CA certification as a FNP or ANP (highly preferred)
- Current BLS
- Confidently meet PHC’s credentialing and privileging requirements
