The Senior Leadership Development Specialist is responsible for designing, leading, and evaluating leadership development initiatives. This role partners with HR, Talent Management, and executive leaders to strengthen leadership capability across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Design advanced leadership curricula
- Lead end-to-end development of strategic leadership pathways
- Develop and refine content on executive-level leadership competencies
- Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops and executive development sessions
- Provide coaching to leaders at multiple levels
- Conduct complex organizational needs assessments
- Evaluate leadership program effectiveness
- Consult HR Business Partners and senior executives
- Lead enterprise projects related to succession planning and talent reviews
- Mentor and support junior facilitators, instructional designers, and training specialists
