Requirements

• Extensive finance leadership experience in capital-intensive industries
• Deep experience with project financing, including structuring, diligence, negotiation, and execution for large-scale facilities or infrastructure assets
• Strong command of project economics, corporate finance, financial modeling, treasury, and capital planning
