Phoenix Tailings is a rapidly growing clean mining and metals production startup seeking a Chemical Process Technician to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on operating and improving rare earth metals separation processes and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of innovative critical metals production systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in chemical processing, laboratory work, or industrial operations
• Strong experience working with wet chemistry, including handling of strong acids and bases
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
