Job Description
Picarro is seeking a Customer-facing Field Application/Technical Support Engineer to join their Energy Team and contribute to the development of natural gas projects in Europe, specifically Italy. This role involves providing technical support, installation, repair, and maintenance on Picarro’s equipment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with strong technical expertise and a customer-focused attitude, capable of supporting customers, driving installations, and addressing technical challenges.
Requirements
- Experience with field applications engineering (FAE) or technical support
- Knowledge of system engineering process, designs, and control systems
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
