Graduate Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Graduate Operations Supervisor to join our team in Kabelsketal, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. As a key member of our Fulfillment Center, you will be responsible for leading a team of team leaders and over 100 warehouse employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Affinity for logistics topics and ideally first practical experience in the warehouse environment.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Willingness to work full-time with evenings and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to quickly identify and solve sudden problems.
• Self-starting, thorough, and goal-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
