Job Description
We are looking for a Graduate Operations Supervisor to take on leadership roles from over 100 warehouse staff and optimize processes to bring our warehouse to the next level. As the motor of our Fulfillment Center, you will inspire your team to peak performances and develop projects in logistics to make our processes even smarter.
Requirements
- Completed study (Bachelor/Master) in logistics management, supply chain management, economics engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in a warehouse, ideally in the form of internships, workshop studies or similar
- Fluency in German and English
- Flexibility for shift work (including evenings and Saturdays)
- Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solutions
