Graduate Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

As Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of over 100 warehouse employees, ensure smooth operations, and develop process optimization projects. You will work in a dynamic atmosphere of an innovative scale-up, in a motivated, international team.

Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering or a comparable field.
• Passion for logistics with ideal first experiences from a warehouse.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Flexibility for shift work, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solutions.
