Take on real responsibility as an Operations Supervisor at Picnic in Sehnde, leading a team of over 100 warehouse workers and ensuring smooth operations. Develop process optimization projects in logistics and experience the dynamic atmosphere of an innovative scale-up.

Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
• Passionate about logistics and ideally have first experiences from a warehouse
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Flexibility for shift work, including evenings and Saturdays
• Hands-on mentality with problem-solving skills
