Hub Lead (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Hub Lead to lead our Last Mile operations in Bielefeld. As a Hub Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Lead a team of drivers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to meet customer needs
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and driver performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with the Customer-Success Team, Central Warehouse, and other Hubs to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
