Junior Teamleiter Last Mile Logistik (m/w/d)

We are looking for a team leader for our last mile location (hub) in Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany. The ideal candidate has a vocational training in logistics, retail or similar areas and experience in leading teams and working with key figures. The team leader will be responsible for team leadership, career development, delivery management, process management, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Vocational training in logistics, retail or similar areas
• Experience in leading teams and working with key figures
• Strong communicative skills and a confident demeanor
• Ability to analyze problems independently, work independently, and lead projects
• Valid driving license of class B
• Fluent German and basic English skills
