Teamleiter Last Mile Logistik (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our last mile location (hub) in Frankfurt (Oder) and ensure the smooth operation of our logistics. As a future leader, you will set up and coach your team, manage delivery, and take responsibility for process management. You will work closely with other teams to make our customers happy and contribute to our growth.

Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar fields
• First experiences in leading teams
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Valid driving license class B
• Good communication skills and self-confident appearance
