Teamleiter Last Mile Logistik (m/w/d)

We're looking for a team leader for our Last Mile location (hub) in Bielefeld, responsible for managing team, development, delivery, process, and punctuality. As a leader, you'll bring your ideas to contribute to our growth.

Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar fields
• First experiences in team leadership – either professionally or you've already coached another successful team
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Valid Class B driving license
• Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Ability to make decisions based on numbers and facts
