Teamleiter Last Mile Logistik (m/w/d)

We are looking for a team leader for our last mile location (hub) in Mülheim-Kärlich. As a team leader, you will be responsible for team leadership, development, delivery management, process management, and teamwork. You will also bring your ideas to contribute to our growth and taking our logistics processes to a new level.

Requirements

• A vocational training in logistics, retail or similar fields
• Experience in team leadership and working with key figures
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• The ability to analyze and solve problems independently, work independently, and lead projects
• A valid class B driving license to drive our electric cars
• Fluent German and basic English skills
