We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Last Mile Hub in Mülheim-Kärlich. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, retail, or a related field
• Experience in team leadership and working with metrics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions independently
• Valid driver's license for class B vehicles
• Proficient in German and basic English
