We are looking for a Team Leader for our Last Mile Location (Hub) in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart. The job holder will be responsible for leading a team, developing leadership skills, managing delivery, process management, teamwork, and punctuality.

Requirements

• Degree or completed training in logistics, retail or similar fields
• Experience in team leadership
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Valid class B driving license
• Good communication skills
• Ability to make decisions based on numbers and facts
