Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve success every day. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be the heart of our daily operations in our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Mülheim an der Ruhr. You will coach, motivate, and support your team of shoppers, ensuring they feel welcome and work together to achieve great things.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Alternatively, 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar leadership position in logistics
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and sometimes Saturdays
• Ability to work with people and roll up your sleeves
• Resilience and ability to maintain a clear head in challenging situations
