We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to achieve success every day. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be the heart of the daily operations in our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Hamm.

Requirements

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers on a daily basis.
• Work together with other team leaders and shift leaders to proactively manage processes in the FC.
• Ensure that all purchases leave the FC on time, safely, and in perfect quality.
• Bring your ideas and continuously improve our logistics processes with the leadership team.
