Technical Property Manager (m/w/d)

Are you looking for a technically challenging position where you can ensure the maximum uptime, operational safety, and efficiency of a modern, partially automated Fulfillment Center (FC)? As a Technical Property Manager, you will be the central technical key person and head of maintenance, upkeep, and optimization of the entire building infrastructure (TGA) in our FC in Falkensee.

Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Building Technology, Economics, or a comparable technical course of study.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance, ideally in the care of (highly) automated logistics centers or industrial facilities.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Driving license Class B.
• Deep knowledge in the field of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and understanding of the critical requirements of automation technology.
• The ability to quickly capture, analyze, and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems under time pressure.
