Technical Property Manager position responsible for ensuring maximum operating time, operational safety, and efficiency of a modern, semi-automated Fulfillment Center. Handles maintenance, maintenance, and optimization of building infrastructure and adjacent automation technology.
Requirements
- Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Building Technology, Economic Engineering, or a comparable technical course of study.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance, preferably in the care of (high-) automated logistics centers or industrial facilities.
- Fluent German and very good English skills.
- Driving license class B.
