Technical Property Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Technical Property Manager to ensure the maximum uptime, operational safety, and efficiency of a modern, partially automated Fulfillment Center (FC). The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in facility management or maintenance.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical course of study
• At least 2 years of proven professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Driver's license Class B
• In-depth knowledge of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and understanding of the critical requirements of automation technology
• Ability to quickly capture, analyze, and implement effective solutions for complex technical problems under time pressure
