Job Description
Partners In Health (PIH) is seeking Community Health Workers (CHWs) to provide support to patients and communities in Sierra Leone, focusing on TB/HIV prevention, treatment, and care, as well as promoting community health and development. This role involves patient education, home visits, referrals to clinic staff, and collecting specimen.
Requirements
- Increase awareness of TB/HIV and available services
- Contact tracing and patient education
- Refer patients to appropriate clinic staff
- Collect and label specimens with medication
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Work closely with medical and in-charge staff
- Abide by company policies
