Job Description
Assist in interviewing residents and obtaining required admission information and signatures. Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel. Provide residents with admission information packet and obtain signature on required permits and releases.
Requirements
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in Admissions or Medical Records in Long Term Care Facility.
- Be knowledgeable in the use of Point Click Care, computers, data input/retrieval/output functions, etc.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
