Technical Writer

Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Writer to join their documentation team, responsible for creating technical content within a Docs-as-Code environment, collaborating with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams, and delivering clear and concise documentation for identity and access management administrators.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of technical writing experience
• Proven experience documenting complex software, with a strong preference for IAM applications or security products
• Experience managing multiple tickets simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Ability to quickly learn evolving features and complex software by navigating early-stage development environments
• Prior experience or exposure to software development
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar project management platforms
• Strong understanding of the needs and workflows of technical administrators
