Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market, focusing on generating leads for staffing services and Statements of Work (SOWs). Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
Execute lead generation strategies, develop tailored solutions and proposals, drive the sales process, and farm and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
