The Sales Officer will be responsible for increasing sales with retailers/wholesalers by handling distributors and developing a team to drive daily POB targets.
Requirements
- Increase in Sale: Monitoring success on volume, Price, & Value objectives for Top Products
- Strategic Sales Analysis: Proactively identifying growth opportunities & mitigating risks through resource optimization
- Gaining Market Insights: Uncovering customer needs and unleashing market potential for informed expansion strategies and growth plan
- Drive products sales across the region, targeting both over-the-counter (OTC) consumers and pharmacies
- Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
