Account Manager, PitchBook

PitchBook is looking for an Account Manager to manage core customer relationships, build sales strategies, and drive growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales or account management experience, fluency in Japanese and English, and proficiency in CRM software.

Requirements

• Achieve sales and retention goals
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
• Identify growth opportunities within current client accounts
• Develop long-term strategy for clients
• Conduct client demonstration sessions
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers and Associates
• Efficiently manage pipeline and oversee end-to-end sales cycle
• Prospect new accounts as needed
• Participate in monthly global account manager meetings
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices
