PitchBook is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale Lumonic's revenue engine. The role involves designing and implementing automated workflows, executing integrated campaigns, and driving predictable growth. The successful candidate will have experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps, and be able to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Experience building systems that drive pipeline
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, SmartLead, Octave, or similar
- Ability to work through complex distribution challenges
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in team environments
- Operate with a strong sense of urgency and consistently delivers results under pressure
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
