Macnica Americas, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to ensure client needs are met and understood by each department in the company. Travel is required a few times a month.
Requirements
- Communicate with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Conduct high level technical discussions with engineering to increase new opportunities.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Act as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- Engage proactively with current customers to identify and pursue additional sales opportunities across various offering
- Provide first-level technical support to customers, including troubleshooting product-related issues and escalating complex cases to engineering.
- Conduct technical presentations or demos for customers to explain product features and capabilities.
- Understand semiconductor supplier and customer market environment including acquisitions to maintain Macnica’s position in a distribution market
