We are seeking a seasoned B2B growth leader to oversee one of Plaid's highest-breadth portfolios as Product Lead - Growth. The successful candidate will lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations, define the end-to-end growth strategy, and drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions.
Requirements
- Lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations
- Define the end-to-end growth strategy across website, PLG, SMB, enterprise, and partnerships
- Own core funnel performance: traffic → MQL → onboarding → activation
- Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals
- Oversee onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows
- Build and operationalize Plaid’s Customer Lifecycle Model (CLM)
- Use data to identify funnel opportunities, segment users, and drive experimentation
- Make resource allocation and prioritization decisions across a high-breadth portfolio
- Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and insights to Executive, GTM, and Engineering leadership
