Corrosion Technician I

Plains All American is seeking a highly-motivated Corrosion Technician I to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment. The role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and designing cathodic protection systems and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and perform basic math
• Working toward NACE CP Tester #1 Certification within 2 years
• General knowledge or related training/experience in pipeline system operations
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and technical schematics
• Knowledge and experience in the maintenance and use of various equipment
• Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite with strong emphasis on Excel
