Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
- Develop and execute annual and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Three years minimum experience in sales management
- Valid driver’s license
