Job Description
The Charter Sales Manager is responsible for selling on-demand charter trips, expanding and retaining client relationships, and converting qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- Approximately five (5) years of experience selling private aviation charter and/or related aviation services
- Existing book of business and ability to expand it
- Proven skill in developing and maintaining high-trust client relationships
- Experience with charter trip quoting, scheduling, and tracking software
- Commercial judgment to balance client needs with company profitability, feasibility, and service standards
