As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling net new prospects and closing deals for our client's cloud-based HR, HCM, and Payroll software. You will be accountable for hitting weekly metrics and building value-added relationships with decision makers and C-level executives.
Requirements
- Demonstrate essential skill competencies throughout new-hire training
- Make cold calls to potential clients
- Set appointments with leads from companies with 50 or more employees
- Cultivate a consistent sales pipeline to meet goals for new business
- Close net new accounts
- Support new clients by participating in initial kickoff meetings for implementation
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of products and services
