As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling net new prospects, generating appointments, demonstrating software, negotiating agreements, and securing new business accounts for human capital management technology products and services.

Requirements

• Demonstrate essential skill competencies throughout new-hire training
• Make cold calls to potential clients
• Set appointments with leads from companies with 50 or more employees
• Cultivate a consistent sales pipeline to meet goals for new business
• Close net new accounts, collecting critical items for implementation
• Build and maintain expert knowledge of products and services
