Patient Experience Specialists - $19 / hour

Planned Parenthood South Texas is seeking a dynamic Patient Experience Specialist to join their team. The PES will facilitate patients' process at the health center and ensure excellent, non-judgmental care is evident in each patient's experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required. Some college preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service experience is highly desired.
• At least one year experience as a Medical Assistant or in a health care position preferred.
