General Manager

Playa Bowls is seeking a General Manager to lead a Playa Bowls location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the location, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints and problems.

Requirements

• Must pass the required PB Food Safety certification requirement within 3 months of employment.
• Meet business goals set out by the company in key metrics
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays but expected to work as the business dictates
