Job Description
Playa Bowls is seeking a General Manager to oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a location. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements
- Must pass the required PB Food Safety certification requirement within 3 months of employment.
- Meet business goals set out by the company in key metrics
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays but expected to work as the business dictates
