Join Plexus as a Business Development Director to drive market expansion in Europe, focusing on Electronic Manufacturing Services and Aftermarket Services. Develop plans to sell solutions to business development targets, utilizing strategic selling techniques to gain business from assigned target accounts.

Requirements

• Identify & Validate: Prospect and cold-call select targets to qualify accounts and find profitable business opportunities that fit the Plexus strategy.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of current and potential customers, including their products, funding, and future manufacturing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Plexus engineering and manufacturing teams to translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions across our entire Product Realization Value Chain.
• Relationship Building: Develop multi-level relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders to advocate for necessary capabilities.
• Strategic Execution: Leverage market sector knowledge and research to execute the overall sector marketing strategy in coordination with regional and global leadership.
