Requirements
- Proven track record of business development experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry in Europe.
- Deep industry knowledge of EMS processes, technologies, and market dynamics, specifically within the Industrial sector.
- Strategic mindset with excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit with a team player work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
