Requirements

• Own complex, cross-pillar design problems end-to-end
• Set the design direction for your area
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative research
• Define and evolve Plum's design standards
• Coach and mentor other designers
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the product vision and roadmap
